In an effort to generate some more roleplay and make use of the on-going DC travel situation, the moderating team at APRP are looking to kick-start our Tavern Tuesdays once again. These will be SFW open world RP events, advertised on the PF with a strong emphasis on narrative-driven RP.What is it? - Every few weeks (at least once a month) the moderation team will endeavor to host an open world 'pop up RP' event.Where is it? - The team has selected a range of alt/beginner-friendly taverns in the open world to rotate through. We want to encourage open world RP, so are trying to avoid using venues too often for this. This may/will expand over time.When is it? - While future events are yet to be decided, we aim to kick off this months Tavern Tuesday on Tuesday, 30th April 2024 19:30 AEST at Wineport.Please join our discord server for more information, events and roleplay.

Open RP Systems

Dipping your toes into the RP scene? Not sure how to get started? We know how daunting it can be to get involved in RP, so we have a couple of systems in place to help for those attending one of our Open RP events!For those who want to quietly observe roleplay before getting started, please feel free to use the Looking for Meld status. This will let other players know that you are not seeking interaction at this time, and simply want to watch.For those that want to get into roleplay, but may find the idea of approaching people a bit daunting and would prefer others come to you, please use the Looking for Party status. There is no guarantee that people will come over, but we will help out where able!To change your status, press the letter 'O' on your keyboard, then right click your name, choose 'Edit Search Info,' and select the appropriate status from the drop down menu pictured below.
